Acupuncture and Chinese medicine have been around for over 2000 years and has stood the test of time. It is a holistic approach that can address a wide range of conditions. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine view the body as a whole, and while we treat the main issue you have going on, we can treat other concerns at the same time.

I received my Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAcOM) in 2014 from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) and my Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) from the Pacific College of Health and Sciences in 2020. I continued my education with the Nanjing University of TCM in Nanjing, China where I studied with well renowned Chinese Medicine doctors. I am board certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. I am licensed by the State of Montana as a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc).

I am dedicated to helping improve your health. My attention to detail and passion for research has helped me to treat almost any condition I might encounter. My experience in urban and rural settings, as well as internationally has given me the skills to work with a diverse range of people.

A typical treatment includes a very thorough intake to discuss your medical history. We come up with an acupuncture treatment plan, as well as herbs, supplements, and dietary recommendations. Treatments also generally include cupping, guasha and massage. It takes a team! I will work with your other medical providers to tailor a treatment plan that is best for you. Acupuncture works great as an adjunct therapy to any current care or treatments you may be receiving.

When I am not treating patients, I enjoy spending time with my family; camping, whitewater rafting, skiing, and enjoying the beautiful mountains around us.
